PROJECT DESCRIPTION –
On this picture is shown Detailed Regulation Plan (DRP) of phase 2, for one of the most beautiful parcel on Stara planina. What is the most valuable for this location is their possibility to closer define with Urban Plan how many object will be built (2-4 object) up to 16.000m² in many phases you want. The difference between location 1 is that in location 1 is strictly define hotel with 21.674m², and here you may start investment with smaller hotel and then wait, and in the mean time you can value your investment.
